OPERATOR. FILMMAKER. NARRATIVE ARCHITECT.
Gotham Rider is a first-person record—but it is not separate from the system it observes.
It is part of a broader effort to understand and confront how artificial intelligence, infrastructure, and power are reshaping everyday life.
BACKGROUND
Everett Kelsey is a filmmaker and technology strategist working at the intersection of AI, media, and democratic society.

WHY GOTHAM RIDER EXISTS
Most discussions about AI happen at a distance—inside labs, institutions, and policy rooms.
Gotham Rider operates in the opposite direction.
It documents what these systems feel like on the ground—where infrastructure becomes experience, and abstraction becomes reality.
THE THROUGH-LINE
This work extends beyond Gotham Rider into a broader system:
→ Digital Sovereignty Coalition
→ Fifth Industrial Revolution AI
→ Civic Firewall
Each project approaches the same question from a different angle:
How do we preserve human agency in systems designed to operate without it?
CLOSING
This is not commentary.
This is documentation—from inside the system.
Based in New York City
